The family foundation of Judy and Gordon Faulkner, Roots & Wings was launched in 2020 under the leadership of the their daughter, Shana Dall’Osto. Judy Faulkner is the founder and CEO of Epic, the widely-used healthcare portal, who has pledged 99 percent of her wealth to philanthropy “to help others with roots—food, warmth, shelter, healthcare, education—so they can have wings.”
Our team created an engaging website that highlights grantees and their work, details program areas, provides a grantee database, facilitates future grant making, and provides an overview of the impact Roots & Wings is having in the communities where their grantee partners reside.
