KMS Construction is a Vashon Island, Washington-based builder with a reputation for integrity and fine craftsmanship. Owner Kevin Sudduth has been working in the trade since he was 16, and has developed impressive skills learning from some of the areas most highly-respected construction firms. KMS is one of the few contractors who do what they say they will do, do it to perfection, and bill you what they promised to bill.
The KMS brand is built on the solid foundation (couldn’t resist) of a word mark that suggests that the initials are assembled out of different components (much as a home would be built). A unique color palette differentiates the company as a builder of sophisticated homes for a discerning clientele, and a portfolio website that showcases both large and small-scale projects helps establish credibility with the target audience.
