Multilingual Learning Toolkit
Nearly one-third of young kids in the United States live in a home where a language other than English is spoken. Supporting these dual language learners—and the amazing people who teach them—is the mission of the Multilingual Learning Toolkit. A project of Early Edge California, “the Toolkit” is a robust online hub created for educators and administrators who, until now, have found it difficult to find high-quality information resources online.
Working with the Early Edge team, we created a colorful brand identity that quickly communicates the concept of dual language learning in a playful mark. The website features 11 instructional strategies with over 300 resources, examples of strategies in action, a starter guide, user guides, a how-to video and the ability for registered users to create a library of their personal favorites.
